Lukla Kalapathar Trekking

Nepal is a unique country as it has 8 highest peaks more than 8,000 meters out of 14 around the world. It is also famous for its unmatched beauty and cultural heritage while trekking in Nepal.  Mt. Everest has become a matter of challenge for all who enjoy  climbing. Climbers keep their cameras ready to capture the virgin beauty of the mountain peaks while climbing and trekking in this region. They get not only new experience but also get familiar with countless varieties of Himalayan flora and fauna. 

There are a number of ways for approaching this region. The first and original route is from Jiri but nowadays direct flight is also available from Kathmandu to Lukla (28,00 meters) in which we can get wonderful view of the creation of nature while flying. From Lukla the further you move, more captivated you will be with the natural charm. Snow capped peaks and stone engraved Buddhist culture touch the heart of  every trekker and climber. The glacier fed aqua blue water of Dudha Koshi and Bhotekoshi along with the tributaries shade the natural colour throughout the whole way up to Namchebazaar . Main attractions of this area are historical Tangboche Monastery, snow filled Gokyo lake and Everest base camp. Trekkers can choose any simple and welcoming guest houses run by local people in Tibetan style. You can experience the staying in the remotest areas with some of the rarest & brave people of the world. Treks range from one week to one month according to your preference. It is advised to take rest for a few days on the way as going up directly might cause acclimatization problem. Lukla Everest view Trekking - 9 Days

We are always pleased to show you the top of the earth even in your short days trekking. This trek is an ideal for those with less time who never the less want a view of Everest in life time. It provides a good insight into Sherpa culture without the struggle of high altitude trekking. Our destination is the village of Tengboche with its famous monastery, where we have time to soak up the atmosphere along with some tremendous views of the very beautiful mountain, Ama Dablam, and kongde peak returning to Lukla and a flight back to Kathmandu.

Duration- 9 days.

Max altitude- 3867 m

Start - Lukla 2840 m.

Finsih - Lukla.

Grade - Moderate.

Daily walk: 5/6 hrs

Nature of trekking: Tea house

group size:- better above 2 persons.

Seasons: Autumn - September to Mid December. Spring - March to May.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu Nepal.

Day 02: Fly, Kathmandu to Lukla (40 minutes flight) trek to Phakding (2652 m.) 3,hrs.

Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3446 m.) 6/7 hrs.

Day 04: Namche Bazaar  to ,Khumjung. 3780 m.

Day 05: Khumjung to Everest view point then Tengboche (3867 m.) 5/6 hrs.

Day 06: Tengboche to Namchebazar (3445 m.) 5 hrs.

Day 07: Namche bazar to  Lukla (2840 m.) 7 /8 hrs.

Day 08: Lukla to Kathmandu (2840 m.)

Lukla 3 Passes Trekking - 24 Days

To the seekers of adventure and authenticity, this is an ultimate trek, that will take you through the famous three different passes of Everest, namely the Renjo-La pass, the Cho-La pass and the Kongma-La pass. It is a trek with unparallel alpine beauty and without doubt the grandest mountain scenery on the world. The highlights of the trek include the Sherpa village of Khumjung, the pristine Gokyo lake, the breathtaking scenery from the all these passes and the visit to Everest base camp. Unlike other treks in Everest region, this trek makes a loop, hence no tracing back of the route.
